Website operator. This website is operated by Shanghai Shengtu Hengzhuo International Trade Co., Ltd., with its business address at 20th Floor, No. 149 Youcheng Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, China.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Content you submit, excluding credit-card information, may be transferred across different networks and adapted to technical requirements. Credit-card information is encrypted during transfer over networks.

Accuracy of product information

Contents and specifications. The Family Legacy Box may include story-prompt cards, a keepsake storybook, letters, timeline materials, storage components and packaging. Contents, dimensions, paper stocks, colours and finishes may be refined before launch or vary between editions. The product description shown when you place your order will apply to that purchase.

Digital representation. We make every effort to display product colours, materials and images accurately, but screens and device settings can affect how they appear.

Orders and pricing

Price changes. Prices may change without notice before an order is placed.

Order limitations. We may limit sales by person, household, geographic region or jurisdiction.

Pre-orders and availability. Any pre-order window, estimated dispatch date and edition contents will be shown on the product or checkout page. Estimates may change if production or fulfilment circumstances require it, and we will communicate material changes to affected customers.

Intellectual property

Content ownership. The Family Legacy Box concept and its original prompt wording, card designs, storybook layouts, instructions, written copy, graphics, branding and other original materials supplied by Verve Looms remain the intellectual property of Verve Looms or its licensors.

Personal and family use. A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the included materials within your household or family. You may not reproduce, scan, distribute, resell or commercially exploit the prompt cards, storybook layouts, digital downloads or other proprietary content without our prior written permission.

Billing and account information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to update it when necessary so we can complete transactions and contact you about your order.

Third-party links

Our service may include third-party materials or services, such as payment gateways and social-media integrations. We are not responsible for evaluating the content, accuracy or practices of third-party services.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the site or its content for an unlawful purpose, to encourage unlawful acts, or to infringe our intellectual-property rights or those of others.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

We do not guarantee that the website or service will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. The Family Legacy Box is intended to help families organise and share memories; unless expressly stated on the product page, it is not archival-grade, fireproof, waterproof or a secure storage service. Please keep backups or separate copies of irreplaceable photographs, documents and recordings. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Verve Looms, its directors and employees will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products, including loss of user-supplied keepsakes or digital files.
