Shanghai Shengtu Hengzhuo International Trade Co., Ltd., with its business address at 20th Floor, No. 149 Youcheng Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, China, operates Verve Looms and is the principal controller described in this policy. Verve Looms offers products and services to customers including in the United States and Europe.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you place an order, create an account, join our early list or newsletter, contact customer care, or otherwise interact with Verve Looms. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery address, account details, order history, messages and preferences.
Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider selected at checkout. We generally receive transaction status and limited payment information rather than your complete card number.
If you choose to use Share the Story or another contribution feature, we may receive the story, photograph, video, audio recording, caption, names or other information you submit. Stories, photographs and family content

Submitting a story does not automatically give Verve Looms permission to publish it. If we would like to feature, reproduce or publicly share your words, image, video or audio, we will request separate, clear permission and explain the intended use.
We may use submitted information to review the contribution, contact you about it, administer a stated reward and keep appropriate records. You may ask us to remove an unpublished submission by using our contact page, subject to legal or operational retention needs.
