The first edition is available now through a $5 refundable reservation. Before the remaining $64 is due, we will send you the confirmed contents, supported shipping regions, estimated shipping window, shipping rates, customs and duties information, and final return terms for review.
Shipping
Your $5 reservation does not start production or shipping. After you review the confirmed details and pay the remaining $64, production will begin. When your order ships, we will email you a tracking link.
Before the remaining $64 is due, we will confirm:
- processing time and estimated shipping window
- supported countries
- shipping rates
- customs and duties
Returns
Your $5 reservation is refundable until you approve the confirmed details and pay the remaining $64. After production begins, return eligibility will depend on the condition of the product and the final terms shared with you before payment.
The confirmed return terms will cover:
- return window
- unopened-condition requirements
- damaged-order process
- return postage
If something arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us with your order number and photographs of the parcel. We will look at what happened and help make it right.
