Vervelooms Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Window

  • Most unused, undamaged items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Custom & Personalized Orders

  • Due to the bespoke nature of custom embroidery (e.g., pet portraits, wedding heirlooms), these items are final sale unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “final sale” or “limited edition”

U.S. Tariff Policy Adjustments

  • Under current U.S. Section 301 tariffs (7.5%-25% on Chinese textiles including silk/cotton):

    • All applicable import duties are included at checkout for U.S. orders (no hidden fees)

    • For tariff-affected returns: Refunds will exclude original duty costs (non-recoverable per U.S. Customs)

    • For defective items: We cover return shipping and reimburse tariff fees
