1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Most unused, undamaged items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Custom & Personalized Orders

Due to the bespoke nature of custom embroidery (e.g., pet portraits, wedding heirlooms), these items are final sale unless there is a defect or error on our part.

U.S. Tariff Policy Adjustments

Under current U.S. Section 301 tariffs (7.5%-25% on Chinese textiles including silk/cotton):

All applicable import duties are included at checkout for U.S. orders (no hidden fees)

For tariff-affected returns: Refunds will exclude original duty costs (non-recoverable per U.S. Customs)

For defective items: We cover return shipping and reimburse tariff fees

2. Return Conditions

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds processed to original payment method within 10 business days
